MindFuel isn’t just a healthy & fresh eating company- we’re a community built around a strong mindset! Its literally called MIND-FUEL 🙂 Founded in 2015 by myself (Dee) & my wife (Bre) – we took to the industry with one thing in mind – to DISRUPT the poor eating habits of our community.  With the combined backgrounds of former Gold’s Gym Manager / Elite Trainer (Dee) and  Nursing and weight management certifications from Bre – we knew that if we were able to change the poor eating habits we all go through one meal at a time, we could eventually make a huge impact in our community and possibly start a healthy movement. I mean at the end of the day, who really wants to spend their entire lunch waiting in a line anyway. One thing we did know for sure was mealprepping was revolutionary when it came to saving TIME and MONEY. And though, not a new concept, there were no meal prepping businesses at the time. Running around finding product and working our way in the industry was only the first step but, like most, we shared a lot of ups and downs. We battled for our business multiple times and to be quite frank it never stops! Challenges change- but so have we. We’ve sacrificed family events, adapted to the cultures and even the societal shifts. We devoted our Sundays to preparing meals, initially for family, co-workers & friends, which gradually grew with appreciation and love. Even though -the struggle was real, the long hours, financial challenges, and personal sacrifices – our determination never wavered.

BUT- let me tell you one thing! Nothing beats the happiness and pure joy of a member of your community telling you how you’ve helped them in their journey. You see, our journey is helping others in their journeys. Hearing how we’ve helped people come off of medications they had to take and seeing their physical joyfulness appearances is soo much more meaningful than anything. Fast forwarding a little we found ourselves taking to the streets and being invited to the KTLA studios to talk about our operations. While on set we were asked one main question “What is your program” and I remember replying :

“Our program is designed to save time, money, enhance confidence, and promote a healthy lifestyle. We’ve set a Golden Standard in clean, healthy and delicious eating. From clients being able to reverse diabetes to improving self-esteem, we’ve been a part of countless transformative journeys. Our rotating menus keep meals exciting and diverse, aligning with our motto: “You are what you eat.”  And when I saw the look on the news cast – I could tell immediately,

-THEY NEED MEAL PREPS TOO! Haha 🙂

..And since then, we’ve stuck to it! Challenges and all! As we expand, our focus remains on staying the golden staple in the MealPrep industry by delivering  fresh, high-quality meals across the states, ensuring that every household has access to healthy & affordable eating options. We are an official trusted meal prep for some of your local professional athletes (Diamondbacks, LA Dodger, Suns & Cardinals) and we are anointed to be such!  Our community service extends to feeding the homeless and supporting local police & fire departments, reflecting our dedication to giving back.
